International car race champion Marlon Stockinger has been spotted shirtless at the beach a few days ago.

We already know that Marlon takes care of his body really well: he keeps a strict diet and works out regularly, but we were quite surprised that he is this ripped! Just look at his six-pack abs!!!

We feel sooo envious of the people who witnessed Marlon Stockinger’s rare shirtlessness.

The MOA Music Hall was filled with Manila’s fittest bodies last Sunday March 16, 2014 as Century Tuna held their Century Tuna Superbods go-see Luzon leg.

I happened to stroll around the area that day and found out that the event was happening so I decided to check out what’s happening.

MANILA, PHILIPPINES - The Blue Ball 2014 was the very first dance party of its kind that I have ever attended and it’s amazing!

Last February 28, 2014, the Blue Ball 2014 held its very first dance party at Metrotent, Metrowalk, Ortigas. I didn’t know what to expect when I was on my way to the event. I was invited by a friend who constantly parties at Bed Manila to go to Blue Ball but all of them whom I invited ended up not showing up so I ended up going solo for the night.

…I didn’t really bother ;)

Oh my gosh!!!

That was exactly my reaction when I saw Edward Mendez’ poster at the National Bookstore about his “You’re dream body come true” book launch. I mean, look at him!

I’m not sure if his photo is also the cover of his book, but I think that it should be. Anyone would be so inspired to read it. I also love the tagline “Eat more, exercise less”. I kinda know what it means but it still tickles my mind how you can eat more and exercise less then get a great body afterwards.

I also love the title, I mean Edward Mendez’ body is my dream body (if you know what I mean, lol)!
