Hi guys! I am a freelance Personal Trainer. I do home service (okay, you got me at home service!). I have been doing personal training for a year already. I do all trainings from crossfit, working out, I even train soccer players. I help the clients with coaching, nutrition, and I also help them build their mindset because for me, before working out your body, you should workout your mind. Which gym are you based at?
I am currently working out in Slimmers World Pasay Road or FitFast in Pasong Tamo

How long have you been doing personal training?
It actually started off as a hobby but I've been so occupied with training for about 3 years now.

What is your specialty? (crossfit, physical training, etc)
Group Training. I teach circuit workouts as well as indoor rowing.

What can you help your clients with?
I've been an athlete since high school and motivation is one thing I am good at as well as being a part of Superbods I have learned about nutrition and why it so so important.

What is the best fitness tip that you can share?
Abs are definitely made in the kitchen. I was only able to transform my body with proper nutrition knowledge. You can NEVER out work a bad diet!

What makes you different from other trainers?
I guess it's the variety of sports I've played from swimming to running to throwing. I also teach a wide array of classes. Not only do I enjoy physique training (body tranformations) I also enjoy the functionality of being fit

What is your specialty? 
Physical training.. gaining muscles.. toning muscles. Lose weight. Bodybuilding. 

What can you help your clients with? 
Motivate them on their fitness goals. 

What is the best fitness tip that you can share? 
Workout atleast 4-5x a week so you can really see an improvement after a month or training & also you need to watch your diet & proper nutrition because its a big factor in achieving your fitness goals. Always stay motivated 

What makes you different from other trainers? 
My own body is a reflection of what i can give to my clients. I also give them result on what target goals they want. I was also awarded as Top 1 fulltime trainer in Fitness First RCBC. I was also rank as number 1 fulltime trainer in Fitness First Philippines.

With my clients, I do more than just train them. I motivate them and teach them how to control their minds and will it to achieve their goals, as well as help them with their nutrition plan.

Set Goals. Stay Focused. NEVER GIVE UP! 💪🏼 #KPFitness way

I'm different because my whole life is dedicated to fitness and training. I give more than what is expected of me. Still, there is a lot to learn, so I keep myself open and adaptable to change.

I am a freelance trainer so I bring my clients to the gyms where I usually train. One of them is kinetix Lab.   

How long have you been doing personal training?
A year. I'm more focused on my online coaching right now since I am preparing for an upcoming competition. (Men's physique)  

What is your specialty?
Bodybuilding (muscle gain, fat loss) 

What can you help your clients with?
I can help them achieve their goals faster than I did. Since I spent a lot of time learning and trying different training and eating style in order to achieve what's suits my body. I can help them with theirs by guiding them. And letting them know that not all method that worked for others will also work for themselves.   

What is the best fitness tip that you can share?
Have faith in yourself. And don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. That's the only way you can achieve your fitness goals.

I have a goal for this industry. Not just to earn money. I want the industry to be better.

Certifications are important to be a personal trainer,that's why I am working on it now. But it doesn't mean that others (like me) who doesn't have a certification (yet) can't train people. As long as you have the experience and the body that will prove it. Then I don't see any reason why you can't share your knowledge to other people.

Hi guys! I'm based in makati, I am a freelance trainer so I'm not tied to any particular gym. I have been a trainer for 8 years, starting in Australia then working in Thailand and now in Manila. I specialize in hyper trophy training, (muscle gain) but also work well with weight loss and toning. I am a lifelong vegetarian and specialise in vegetarian diet.
