A few months ago, I didn't need any other phone because I was pretty much contented with the phone I have.
But when I knew about the Blackberry messenger pin, I wanted to get one immediately! It lets you chat, send pictures/videos with other Blackberry users for free!
I actually need a phone now since I was held up last Friday and my three phones were taken. :-(
The Blackberry has everything I needed in a phone and more.
