This is the year when we all should get abs!

Personally, it has been a dream of mine to have my own set of six pack so today, let's all welcome All American Guy Markus Ricci to train us all how to get sexy abs.

I have seen a lot of online trainers out there but I like Markus' style cuz he's straight to the point, he doesn't have a big head (?), he teases us a bit and he's easy on the eyes. ;)
